Cavalli Estate
Cavalli is known for its award-winning wine, cuisine, architecture, indigenous gardens and art. This estate has also established itself as an outstanding South African lifestyle brand since the beginning of the estate development. The Estate extends over 100 hectares and is situated in the Helderberg region of Stellenbosch, South Africa.
Chef Lucas Carstens uses seasonal produce from the garden and neighbouring farms and emphasizes ethical farming and sustainability through the cuisine he creates. Every ingredient in his uses has a traceable origin, using modern culinary techniques and the presentation places leaves and vegetables at the focal point of each dish. Guests are invited to treasure the taste of the freshest seasonal produce through this curated set menu.
Reservations require a 72-hour booking lead time. This ensures landing permissions are granted and secured.
This experience includes a journey to and from Cavalli, coupled with a half-day leisure experience at Cavalli, encompassing wine tasting and pairing, boutique, shopping and lunch at the most stylish restaurant voted by Eat Out Awards.
