About the estate

Cavalli Estate has quickly become a recognised South African lifestyle brand, set amongst 100 Hectares of prime land located in the prestigious Helderberg region of Stellenbosch, South Africa, the estate boasts 26 hectares of vineyards, 10 hectares of indigenous fynbos gardens, a contemporary restaurant, 350-seater function venue, wine-tasting facility, retail contemporary art gallery, luxury boutique and a world class equestrian facility. The gallery at Cavalli won the regional 2015 Best of Wine Tourism Award for Art and Culture. Set off on a scenic flight as you depart the V&A Waterfront, heading towards the Stellenbosch Wine Region, where you will pass by magnificent views of False Bay, the Hottentots Holland Mountains and surrounding estates. About the Tour

Arrival by helicopter next to our dam which overlooks the Helderberg mountains. Once on the ground your guests will be welcomed by our hostess and accompanied to our wine tasting room where five of our Estate wines will be tasted from our Passion and Flagship ranges. Departing the restaurant, a chestnut American Saddler powering an elegant carriage will escort you down to the world class equestrian centre. A stable tour and horse demonstration will be given by our stable manager and horse rider after which a carriage tour of the estate will complete the afternoons activities. Important Information

Check In Time

Please check in 30 minutes before your scheduled takeoff time. This allows us to complete weight checks, conduct the safety briefing, and issue your tickets. Once checked in, you can relax in our waiting area, capture some great pre-flight photos, and soak in the atmosphere before your adventure begins.

Photography Tip

For the best photos, we recommend wearing darker-colored clothing. Light colours, especially white, can reflect off the windows and affect your shots—so dress dark for that perfect picture! We do not have an on-site photographer.

Seating

For all sharing flights, seating is assigned based on weight and balance, which is determined during your safety briefing and ticketing. If you prefer to choose your own seats, you may book an Exclusive Flight by purchasing one additional seat—guaranteeing you the best seats in the house.

Weather

All flights are weather-dependent. If conditions are not suitable for flying, we will make every effort to reschedule your flight to the next best available time. For your comfort, please note that the temperature in the sky is the same as on the ground, so dress accordingly.
